The premise at this handsome two-floor bar/restaurant done up in Art Deco style is simple finger foods to go along with the offerings from the premium bar. No knives and forks are required for the bite-sized tidbits from oysters Rockefeller in mushroom caps and filet mignon on skewers to pate on French bread and tiny lamb chops on the bone.
