Eric Snow, Baby On Board With Mistress?

Instead of a diamond encrusted wedding band, it seems former Cleveland Cavaliers guard turned NBA TV analyst, Eric Snow will be toting a teething ring these days. Months after filing for divorce from college sweetheart and wife of 12 years, DeShawn Snow, Eric is rumored to have fathered a baby girl with a mutual college friend of the couple, Marisela Alvarado of Michigan. The divorce reports read “no hope of reconciliation” as the official reason for the couple’s divorce back in May.Contrary to contradictory statements from observers on the set of RHOA, the college sweethearts seemed doting enough during Deshawn’s stint on season one of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta.” The show highlighted her active life as a loving mother of three childreen (Eric Javon Snow, Darius Michael Snow, and Jarren Christopher Snow ), dutiful wife and Atlanta socialite/philanthropist, sitting on the board of not only her own non-profit but three others.  Apparently, her charitable efforts evoked more yawns than her over the top and melodramatic cast mates as Deshawn was replaced in the second season by new housewife, Kandi Burress of R&B super group, Xscape fame.

Maybe if Bravo hadn’t been so hasty in giving the couple the ax, they could of got the ratings that only baby mama drama and cheating spouses can bring. While Eric’s love child, Ava Maria Snow (born on July 14th) is certainly the innocent party in the whole scandal, one can’t help feel empathy for Deshawn as well with Eric fathering a child while the couple was clearly still married. Of course, there are two sides to every story and who knows what problems the couple might of had. All cheating, bruised egos and alimony aside, lets hope the couples three kids and Mr. Snow’s new bundle of joy, come out unscathed by this whole ordeal.
