Health- Katie Francisco, RD Healthy-Horizon Lifestyle LLC:

Dieting typically sets one up for failure. Instead, make your eating habits become a lifestyle change.

Drink a glass of water before every meal. It will help to fill you up quickly as well as make you feel better overall.

Peanut Butter and Banana sandwiches are a healthy snack when using multi-grain or flat bread, or English Muffins.

Wardrobe and Style – Desiree Durso, Wardrobe and Style Consultant:

Apple, hourglass and pear are the three most common body shapes of women.

To accentuate an apple shape, it is great to wear jackets with a slight curve in the waist, dark pants and bootleg jeans.

Hourglass shaped women look best in tunics and belted at the waist shirts and jackets, as well as fitted skirts and dresses.

Pear shapes should wear dresses with detailing at the neck and torso and darker, less bold prints to flatter the figure.

Exercise – Katie Hoxie, Certified Personal Trainer:

When working out, design measurable and attainable goals so that they are easier to personally achieve.

Research! No one workout is right for everyone.

Draw up a workout contract and share it with friends and family.

Create an exercise challenge where the winner gets a prize as incentive to work harder.

Cardio is great and working out 3-5 days a week is ideal. Skin and Nails

Sonia Lucci, Licensed Esthetician and Certified Nail Technician:

Shellac is a new nail polish technique that lasts up to 14 days and gives your nails a sassy and glossy look.

Limiting stress can help to keep your skin looking healthy and vibrant.

Stay protected from the sun. Remember to apply sun screen when needed.

Hair and Make-up – Josephine Bell, Hairstylist and Make-up Artist:
Confidence is key!

Remember to ask your hair stylists questions. They are there to help you.

Urban styles will create a desire to remake society with a wonderful unisex appeal, showcasing darker, bold colors.

Playfulness infused with classic along with lots of sequins, ruffles and nude colors can be found in romantic collections.

Luxury styling focuses on material and dabbles with simplicity. Most importantly, luxury equals wedges!

The exotic theme this season is comprised of bold and bright patterns, teaming up with technology that will “change the way clothes are worn.”
